As a Behavioral Technician Lead (Internal Title: Community Living Instructor Lead) with Compass Health Network, you’ll support adults living with behavioral health challenges by guiding them in developing essential life, social, and wellness skills. You’ll lead activities and provide hands-on support that empowers individuals to live more independently and confidently in their community.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents- Facilitate group and individual activities focused on daily living, social, leisure, and vocational skills
- Support individuals in managing their wellness and building confidence in independent living
- Provide one-on-one assistance with accessing health, housing, and community resources
- Serve as a role model and mentor to residents, reinforcing positive behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with the Wellness Team to ensure continuity of care and effective programming
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED required
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least two (2) years experience in a mental health related field preferred
- A valid driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver’s license by the end of the 60-day introductory period required
