We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite school-based opportunity in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative educational team focused on supporting student growth and behavioral success.

Position Details:

• Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Fort Smith, AR
• Assignment Dates: August 2026 – May 2027
• Schedule: Hours will depend on candidate pay rate and district needs
• Setting: Onsite only
• Interview Process: Zoom interview

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Support students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs
• Provide consultation, training, and data-driven recommendations to educational teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements:

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Must meet Arkansas state requirements for practicing as a BCBA in a school setting
• Prior BCBA experience required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills preferred
