Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement
- Experience working within high school settings, especially in Illinois, is highly preferred
- Comfort working with diverse student populations; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with high school caseloads and developing individualized plans
- Able to provide both assessment and counseling support as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological services for 10th-12th graders, focusing on assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
- Participate actively in team meetings, coordinating with teachers, administrators, and families
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as assigned
- Help implement strategies that support students' emotional, social, and academic development
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
