Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement
  • Experience working within high school settings, especially in Illinois, is highly preferred
  • Comfort working with diverse student populations; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with high school caseloads and developing individualized plans
  • Able to provide both assessment and counseling support as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological services for 10th-12th graders, focusing on assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
  • Participate actively in team meetings, coordinating with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as assigned
  • Help implement strategies that support students' emotional, social, and academic development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
