Memory Care Manager (LPN) - Full Time


Grand Villa of Deland is excited to welcome a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs

- Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain care standards

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to memory care and healthcare practices

- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care and progress

- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

- Prior experience in memory care or dementia-related healthcare settings preferred

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing healthcare and memory care

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple responsibilities
