- Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients.
- Identify, define, and deliver training activities as needed that provide instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population.
- Conduct RBT competency initials and renewals.
- Input, analyze and modify client’s programming on the electronic database Catalyst.
- Lead the training and competency checklists for new and existing behavior technicians to ensure quality, high standard work within the ACS organization.
- Conduct parent training at least monthly with each client’s family.
- Communicate and collaborate professionally and concisely with our leadership team and therapists.
- Prepare and facilitate team meetings.
- Introduce and train new client programs for assigned clients.
- Develop behavior intervention plans based on the functional behavior assessment for each client.
- Monitor and revise behavior intervention plans as needed.
- Assist with daily changes and updates to schedule as children and/or staff are out due to illness, vacation, etc.
