OverviewA small, established wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support client relationships and day-to-day operations. This role works closely with senior leadership and a collaborative team in a highly relationship-driven environment.What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication
  • Support senior leadership by managing client needs and maintaining strong relationships
  • Coordinate account-related requests using financial platforms
  • Assist in preparing client materials and supporting service initiatives
  • Handle general office responsibilities including supplies, scheduling, and event coordination
Role Breakdown
  • 80% Client Service
  • 20% Administrative / Office Support
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
  • Experience in wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environment
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, or similar
  • Basic understanding of investment accounts (including Roth accounts)
  • Working knowledge of SEC guidelines and compliance awareness
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Additional Details
  • In-office role (5 days/week initially; flexibility may be offered after year one)
  • Core hours aligned with market hours
  • Compensation range: $65K-$80K, depending on experience
