- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication
- Support senior leadership by managing client needs and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate account-related requests using financial platforms
- Assist in preparing client materials and supporting service initiatives
- Handle general office responsibilities including supplies, scheduling, and event coordination
- 80% Client Service
- 20% Administrative / Office Support
- Experience in wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environment
- Familiarity with platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, or similar
- Basic understanding of investment accounts (including Roth accounts)
- Working knowledge of SEC guidelines and compliance awareness
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- In-office role (5 days/week initially; flexibility may be offered after year one)
- Core hours aligned with market hours
- Compensation range: $65K-$80K, depending on experience
