Value-based Care Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead and shape value-based care engagements for government health programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate care delivery models. You will manage client relationships, ensure quality controls, and guide analytic and reporting work to improve population health outcomes. You’ll contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying opportunities and delivering strategic advisory services. This is a collaborative, growth-focused role with meaningful impact on state and federal health programs.
