Key Qualifications And Experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and recommend strategies
  • Develop and support the implementation of interventions, behavior plans, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Offer crisis intervention and ongoing counseling for students as needed
  • Facilitate professional development and offer consultative support to educational staff
  • Keep timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
