Our Story

Empower began in 2012 when two parents wished for a learning space that truly honored their child with Autism — a place full of warmth, understanding, and individualized support.

That small dream has grown into a vibrant, multidisciplinary community serving learners of all ages through ABA, ST, OT, life coaching, early learning programs, and more.

• $40+/per hour (based on experience)
• 12-30 hours per week (depending on caseload need)

What You’ll Do (Your Magic in Action)

• Provide ethical, compassionate ABA services in the clinic
• Work closely with your mentor to keep growing (professionally + personally!)
• Create meaningful, individualized client programs from start → finish
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, write reports (we make it as painless as possible!)
• Supervise, support, and uplift our therapy team
• Train caregivers with warmth, clarity, and empowerment
• Provide treatment hours weekly across supervision + program development
• Join trainings where curiosity is welcome and growth is celebrated

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
