What We’re Looking For

  • Valid or pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged populations highly preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within special education teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ready to contribute while caseload details are finalized

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to help determine students’ needs
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain supportive learning plans
  • Providing counseling and intervention for students, as well as crisis management as needed
  • Attending and contributing to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Supporting students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success within a tight-knit SPED community
