Key Responsibilities

• Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans based on ABA principles.

• Remote Supervision: Provide virtual supervision and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of strategies.

• Parent Training: Educate parents and caregivers on ABA principles to reinforce skill acquisition and generalize progress at home.

• Collaboration: Work with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals through Children Family Team (CFT) conferences to support holistic development.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze session data to inform treatment modifications and ensure evidence-based practices.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and weekly progress notes.

Qualifications

• Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and comfort using technology for virtual sessions and remote documentation.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.

Compensation & Employment Details

Empower U offers competitive hourly rates based on experience:

$65.00 – $75.00 per hour

• Location: Fully Remote (Serving clients in New Jersey).

• Bonuses available for participating occasional in-person sessions.
