Registered Behavior Analyst (RBT/BCBA) Position

Ilm Preparatory is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Behavior Analyst to join our team in a supportive Islamic educational environment.

Position Overview

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized strategies and interventions

Qualifications

• Active RBT or BCBA certification preferred
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work professionally within an Islamic environment

Preferred Qualities

• Compassionate and student-centered approach
• Experience with special education or behavioral support plans
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
