Job Summary:
Apple Tree ABA Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support

  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $120-$130 Hourly

  • Full-Time: Full time and Part-Time Available

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

  • Location: Rockville Centre, New York

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
