What You'll Do

You'll be the clinical anchor for families navigating autism and developmental disabilities bringing expertise, compassion, and evidence-based strategy to every session.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and skill-building programs
• Deliver therapy across home, school, and community settings
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire RBTs
• Partner with families to coach evidence-based strategies they can use every day
• Collect, analyze, and graph client progress data
• Utilize industry-leading assessment tools including VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3

Who We're Looking For

You're a passionate, driven clinician who wants more than just a paycheck — you want purpose.

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and comfort traveling across the greater Charlotte area
