Operations & Client Service Coordinator

We are a growing financial planning practice seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to help support the operational and client service side of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys creating structure, keeping things organized, following through consistently, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a sales role. It is an operations and client experience role focused on execution, coordination, communication, and workflow management.


What You’ll Do

Client Service & Communication

  • Coordinate client onboarding and follow-up processes
  • Communicate with clients regarding documents, scheduling, and next steps
  • Help create a smooth and professional client experience

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and workflow progress
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client files
  • Coordinate paperwork and operational processes
  • Ensure operational steps are completed accurately and on time

Administrative Support

  • Calendar coordination and appointment confirmations
  • Organize internal systems and documentation
  • Support ongoing operational improvements and team efficiency

Preferred Backgrounds

Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

  • Financial services
  • Insurance or banking operations
  • Executive/administrative support
  • Legal assistant or paralegal work
  • Healthcare administration
  • Operations coordination


Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Expected range: approximately $40,000–$58,000
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities available
