About the Role:

Join Interlocking Connections LLC as a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking passionate professionals to provide high-quality mental health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Experience with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disabilities is desired but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Advocate for clients' needs within the community and healthcare systems.

Requirements:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
Active licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD in the state of Connecticut.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
