Behavior Technician

Beyond Behavior, LLC is hiring enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders within our center and in homes. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for full-time or part-time positions for our center and surrounding sites doing in-home therapy.

Responsibilities:

- provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills

- record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals

- maintain objective daily session notes

- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

- 18 years of age

- High school diploma required

- Available to work at least 15 hours per week

- Pass a criminal and caregiver background check

- Job experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
