We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with expertise or strong interest in Interventional Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry to join our growing clinical team. This physician will lead and deliver evidence-based treatments for patients with complex, treatment-resistant mood and neuropsychiatric disorders, with a focus on interventional modalities including TMS and Spravato.
The role combines direct patient care, procedural excellence, collaboration with advanced practice providers, and participation in clinical program development to ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
Evaluate and diagnose patients with treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and other complex neuropsychiatric conditions.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating interventional modalities.
Deliver and/or supervise:
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
SAINT
Esketamine (Spravato) and/or IV ketamine administration
Other therapies as program expands and novel treatments are approved
Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management as clinically indicated.
Program & Quality Leadership
Partner with Clinical Operations and Medical Leadership to build and scale interventional and neuropsychiatric services.
Contribute to protocol development, SOP refinement, and standardization of care.
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards for procedural services.
Participate in quality review, outcomes tracking, and performance improvement initiatives.
Contribute to a culture of scholarship that promotes the incorporation of new evidence and the generation of scholarly work (e.g., publication of case reports).
Collaboration & Supervision
Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, therapists, and other clinical staff.
Provide physician oversight and consultation to advanced practice providers as needed.
Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Innovation & Research Integration
Support the successful deployment and implementation of the Advanced Trial for Longitudinal Assessment in Salma (ATLAS) in the clinic.
Serve as site PI or study physician for industry sponsored trials.
Required Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license in California (or application in process to obtain one).
DEA registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or formal training in TMS and/or ketamine-based therapies preferred.
Experience working with treatment-resistant populations is strongly preferred.
Comfort working in a growth-oriented, performance-driven clinical environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation up to $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications
