Autism Improvement Services is hiring a reliable and committed Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Follow treatment plans and collect data
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain a structured and positive session environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma (required)
• CBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and professional skills

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
