What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 with children in center-based and/or home settings
  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
  • Collect and track behavioral data to monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to provide high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and life skills in a fun and engaging environment

Ideal Backgrounds for This Role

We strongly encourage candidates with experience in the following areas to apply:

  • Teaching or Education
  • Special Education
  • Psychology
  • ABA Therapy
  • Autism Support
  • Childcare or Daycare
  • Mental Health or Behavioral Health
  • Occupational, Speech, or Physical Therapy Settings

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions if required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to actively engage with clients, including sitting on the floor, transitioning between sitting and standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
