What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children in center-based and/or home settings
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
- Collect and track behavioral data to monitor client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to provide high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and life skills in a fun and engaging environment
Ideal Backgrounds for This Role
We strongly encourage candidates with experience in the following areas to apply:
- Teaching or Education
- Special Education
- Psychology
- ABA Therapy
- Autism Support
- Childcare or Daycare
- Mental Health or Behavioral Health
- Occupational, Speech, or Physical Therapy Settings
Qualifications
- Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions if required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to actively engage with clients, including sitting on the floor, transitioning between sitting and standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
