RBT Needed for Classroom Setting - Full Time

In this full-time role, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to students in a supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students throughout the school year.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized behavior plans.
- Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday - Friday.
- Day work hours.
