What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist, you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in center, home, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Follow BACB ethical and professional guidelines

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a degree in psychology, education, early childhood education, or a related field
- RBT certification OR willingness to complete certification within 60 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of background check
- Two professional references
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable transportation for travel between service locations *if applicable*
