Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in center, home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Follow BACB ethical and professional guidelines

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a degree in psychology, education, early childhood education, or a related field
• RBT certification OR willingness to complete certification within 60 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of background check
• Two professional references
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations *if applicable*
