Emmy ABA Services is URGENTLY HIRING Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Palo Alto and surrounding areas.

We are a bilingual (English/Spanish), BCBA-led practice with a warm, supportive culture. We move fast — if you apply, expect to hear from us within 24–48 hours.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $22–$29/hr depending on experience
• Part-time and full-time hours available
• Flexible scheduling — afternoons/evenings preferred
• In-home and community-based sessions

RESPONSIBILITIES

——————————————

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community settings
• Collect accurate data on client goals and progress
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and families

REQUIREMENTS

——————————————

• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we can support you!)
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
