Experienced Behavior Technician

Aya Education is currently interviewing for the upcoming school year: Behavior Health Technicians in Paso Robles

Job Details for Behavior Health Technician:

• Full Time 30 hours (Monday-Friday)
• Start Date: August 2026
• All contracts end at the end of the school year - June 2027
• Hourly Pay: Up to $29.50, depending on experience!
• Provide support at multiple sites
• Collect student data as directed by the Behavior Supervisor or SPED teacher
• Maintain calmness, flexibility, and professional attitude with students, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are vital.
• Assist specialists as directed for school readiness, and pre-academics, facilitating social interactions during recess and group activities.

Requirements for Behavior Health Technician:

• HS Diploma or higher
• Must be able to pass a paraprofessional exam - if no Associates Degree
• 2+ years of experience working with school aged population
• Previous ABA experience - preferred
