Now Hiring: Therapist / Counselor (Preferably KAP-Trained)

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Therapist or Counselor to join our team at a growing Ketamine clinic. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to providing outstanding, patient-centered care and is preferably trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Position Details:

• W-2 position with benefits
• Goal to see 20-27 patients a week
• Must be willing to wait through a grace period for insurance credentialing (in-network onboarding)
• Collaborate closely with our medical and therapeutic team to support patients’ mental health journeys
• Part-time position

Qualifications:

• Licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
• Experience with, or interest in, ketamine-assisted therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Ability to provide high-quality counseling with professionalism and empath

This is a W-2 position with benefits. Insurance + HSA
