Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

ABA Achievers is seeking a dedicated and motivated BCBA to join our growing, mission-driven team in South Jordan, UT and surrounding areas. Location: South Jordan, UT (in-home and/or school-based services)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to BTs/RBTs
• Analyze data and monitor client progress to guide clinical decision-making
• Deliver parent training and ongoing support to families
• Modify and adapt treatment programs based on client progress and needs

What We’re Looking For

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical, communication, and data analysis skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
