Neural Science Institute is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to step into a Clinical Supervisor role with a clear pathway into leadership and equity partnership.

Your Role
- Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists (AMFT, APCC, ACSW, Psychological Associates)
- Oversee clinical quality, ethical standards, and documentation
- Mentor clinicians in case conceptualization and intervention strategy
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical programming and growth
- Support integration of neuroscience-informed care into treatment
- Maintain supervision records per California regulations
- Participate in hiring and team development decisions
What You Bring
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – California (REQUIRED)
- Approved or eligible clinical supervisor (CA Board of Psychology)
- Minimum 2 years supervision experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship ability
- Interest in innovative / integrative treatment models
Work Structure
This role supports multiple clinical sites with flexibility to conduct supervision in-person and/or via telehealth based on your schedule and preference.

Pay: $80.00 - $135.00 per hour
