Behavior Technician

Job Title: Behavior Technician (Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time)

Location: San Luis, AZ & Yuma, AZ

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with children with autism to support skill development, independence, and positive behavior. The position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time as our caseload expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism to implement behavior support strategies.
• Assist in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in community, school, and home settings as needed.
• Collect data on client progress and follow treatment plans.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent and effective support.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work in both San Luis and Yuma areas.
• Fingerprint clearance card (or willingness to obtain).
