Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide person-centered, trauma-informed substance use disorder treatment within our Minnesota 245G-licensed program. This role focuses on treatment planning, counseling, and care coordination for individuals with substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and group counseling services
- Conduct individual treatment sessions with clients on a regular basis
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans using a strengths-based, person-centered approach
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with 245G standards
- Collaborate with community providers to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with 245G, HIPAA, and billing requirements
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and quality improvement activities
- Maintain professional relationships, including healthy boundaries with staff and clients
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) license in the State of Minnesota
- Meets 245G counselor qualification and supervision requirements
- Experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment
- Demonstrate understanding of 245G licensing, documentation, and service delivery requirements
- Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
