Healing Palms Behavioral Center is actively hiring experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) services in home, school, and community settings across Orange, Polk, and Osceola counties.
We serve children (under 21) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related behavioral, social, and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and initial evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure progress
- Complete monthly progress reports and 6-month reassessments
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (BACB required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Medicaid Provider Number and NPI
- Experience with ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time
- Monday–Friday (optional weekends)
- Flexible hours

- Services provided in homes across Orlando Metro area and Orange, Polk, and Osceola counties
