The Role

We are seeking trauma therapists interested in working with first responders and individuals in high-stress professions.

Provisional/training licensed therapists with at least 8 months post-licensure experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Schedule

• W2 commissioned position with supervision, paperwork, and administrative pay
• Fully licensed earning potential: $75,000–$115,000 annually
• Flexible scheduling
• Average of 28 billable hours (about 24 clients/week)
• Furnished office space
• Insurance credentialing with major carriers

Practice Scope

We do not provide primary AODA or eating disorder treatment, court-ordered care, or services for sex offenders.
