We’re expanding our amazing team and looking for energetic, compassionate RBTs / Behavior Technicians who want to help children with autism and developmental differences reach their full potential.

What We Do:
Our in-clinic, play-based approach focuses on helping kids ages 2–12 build communication, social, and life skills through fun, naturalistic teaching and imaginative play! Every day is an opportunity to celebrate progress, spark smiles, and make a meaningful impact.

So… What Is an RBT?

Glad you asked!
An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is kind of like a real-life superhero for kids with autism and developmental differences. You’ll work one-on-one with children (ages 2–12), helping them learn new skills, grow their independence, and celebrate every success, big or small!

Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll use creativity, play, and positive reinforcement to turn therapy into something kids actually look forward to! From teaching communication and social skills to cheering on milestones, every day brings something new to smile about.

What You’ll Need to Shine:
A high school diploma (no degree required!)
A passion for helping children and making a difference
A strong work ethic and great communication skills
An upbeat attitude — teamwork and laughter are part of our culture!
A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clear background check
40-hour RBT training – we provide it!
⛑ BLS/CPR & First Aid certification – we provide that too!
Available to work full-time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:00PM
