Autism Care Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our center-based ABA clinic in Wheaton, Illinois. This role offers the flexibility to work hybrid or primarily in-clinic while supporting a growing team of RBTs and a strong caseload of clients.

We are seeking a BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy and enjoys working collaboratively within a clinical team environment.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment programming
• Conduct parent and caregiver training
• Ensure documentation meets insurance and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Illinois licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Credentialed with IMPACT (or ability to obtain)
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
