Bright Spectrum Center is a growing autism center dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA and EIDBI services to children and families across Minnesota. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled BCBA who is committed to improving the lives of children with autism and supporting their developmental progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise ABA therapy services and provide clinical oversight to staff
- Deliver parent training and provide ongoing staff coaching and mentorship
- Track client progress and modify programming based on data and clinical need
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism
- Familiarity with Minnesota EIDBI standards preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
