Overview

Are you tired of being buried under impossible caseloads at giant ABA corporations where “support” means another spreadsheet and another meeting? Are you tired of spending more time fighting cancellations, insurance pressures, and burnout than actually changing lives? Did you become a BCBA to create meaningful progress for children and families—not to supervise chaos from behind a laptop?

At Akamai, we provide real therapy. We believe therapy should create growth, independence, and measurable change. We are not a daycare, and we are not interested in checking boxes. Families come to us because they want results, and we are proud to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that truly impacts our clients’ lives.

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Clinic-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and mentor behavior technicians in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

Join us at Akamai where the coffee is always on, your clinical voice matters, and your work is respected. You’ll work in a therapeutically designed 3,000+ square foot clinic featuring an outdoor playground, indoor gymnasium, private staff bathroom, and dedicated therapy spaces designed for meaningful intervention—not chaos.

This is a place where BCBAs can actually practice quality ABA while being supported by a team that values ethics, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.
