Licensed Master Social Worker

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) position based in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves providing social work services to unhoused individuals and families, conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and connecting clients with community resources and support networks. The LMSW will also advocate for clients’ needs, provide crisis intervention when required, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that promotes long-term housing stability.

• Social work competencies, including client assessment, case management, and development of individualized care plans
• Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community engagement and establishing connections with housing and social service resources
• Proven capability in managing crises and providing emotional support
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification
• Commitment to serving underserved populations and addressing homelessness
• Ability to engage effectively in a team environment with a collaborative, client-focused approach
• Experience in trauma-informed care is a plus
