We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services throughout North Carolina. Spanish fluency is required as we continue expanding support for the diverse families and communities we serve.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas of need for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Support families and caregivers through collaboration, education, and consistent communication in both English and Spanish.
- Collect, review, and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in ABA therapy.
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with insurance requirements, authorizations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing submissions.
- Occasional local travel may be required to support clients across home, school, and community settings.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Meets BACB supervision requirements.
- Active North Carolina LBA certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to supervise and support both BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
- Passion for making a positive and lasting impact on children and their families.
