Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (fully in-person)
Salary: $88,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BCBA-level clinical supervision and direct ABA therapy
• Conduct assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and Technicians to maintain high clinical standards
• Analyze client data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success
• Manage a caseload of approximately 120 clinically authorized hours per month (direct + indirect combined)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• ABA Supervision experience, including supervision of staff
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to equity and serving underserved communities
• Must reside in Los Angeles County
