Remote Customer Care Advocate

Randstad USA
place San Antonio, 78201
local_atm $18 - $19 USD per HOUR

Ever had a call with a company where someone actually made you feel taken care of? Like a real human answered, listened, and solved your problem without transferring you six times? We’re building a team of people who are that person. We’re staffing a remote Customer Care Advocate role for a well-known Fortune 500 company — one you’ve almost certainly seen on TV. (We can’t say who just yet, but let’s just say their mascot is… vocal.) What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ months of customer service or contact center experience (or something equivalent — we’ll talk)
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills — you know how to read a room (or a tone of voice)
  • Comfort navigating multiple computer systems and applications at once
  • Genuine empathy — you actually care how the call ends for the person on the other end
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Accountability: you do what you say you’re going to do
Bonus points if you have…

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • A background in insurance, benefits, or financial services
  • A track record of hitting KPIs and quality metrics
Why this role? This role is a great fit for someone who wants stability, a meaningful career, and room to grow — not just a paycheck. If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership of your work, loves helping people solve real problems, and wants to be part of a team that takes care of each other the same way you take care of customers — this is for you. Interviews begin May 11 — don’t wait. Send your resume to: marc.kusherman@randstadusa.com Want to skip to the front of the line? Put the word Quackers in your email subject line. (You’ll understand why soon.)
