Compensation

  • $100 monthly outreach support stipend for active outreach team members meeting weekly outreach expectations
  • $50 per confirmed qualified meeting (school or organization)
  • $200+ per school partnership secured
  • $100 bonus for every 10 students enrolled
  • $300–$500+ for larger organizational partnerships (YMCA programs, nonprofits, after-school programs, community centers, multi-site organizations, etc.)

Performance compensation is paid after the company receives payment from the client.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Partnership & Outreach Growth Specialist to help expand our presence across NYC schools and organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building professional relationships, and helping mission-driven educational services reach students and communities that need support.

We are specifically looking for someone who can hit the ground running — someone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable initiating outreach and building partnerships from day one. The ideal candidate is organized, confident communicating with professionals, and able to work independently while maintaining strong follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to schools, organizations, and community partners through:
  • In-person visits
  • Email outreach
  • Phone calls
  • Networking events
  • Community relationship-building
  • Identify and connect with:
  • Principals
  • School administrators
  • Program directors
  • Community leaders
  • After-school coordinators
  • Secure qualified meetings and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with schools and organizations
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication pipelines
  • Collaborate with leadership to help convert meetings into active partnerships and enrollments
  • Track outreach activity and communication in the company’s outreach system

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking professionally with school leaders and organizations
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and move quickly
  • Organized and able to manage outreach activities consistently
  • Comfortable with networking, outreach, partnerships, or sales conversations
  • Based in New York City and able to conduct in-person outreach when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with NYC schools, nonprofits, community organizations, or educational programs strongly preferred
