Your Role as a RBT
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to support skill development and independence.
- Collect and record accurate data on patient progress.
- Assist with caregiver training and family education.
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with NC licensure and RBT certification standards.
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification (required).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- At least 2 years prior work experience as an ABA
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently to meet BCBA/QBA patient set KPIs
