What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you will work directly with children in our clinic and help them build important skills through individualized ABA therapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
- Support communication, social, play, daily living, and learning readiness skills
- Collect data and track client progress
- Follow individualized treatment plans with consistency and care
- Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, families, and clinic leadership
- Maintain professional and accurate documentation
- Support a positive, safe, and encouraging clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain with support
- High school diploma or higher
- Passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Previous ABA or childcare experience
- Interest in growing within the ABA field
- Current students in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
