We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator. As a patient care coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring that the patient’s experience is seamless from the initial point of contact with us to their graduation. Duties include:

● Answering phones and checking-in patients.

● Help patients feel welcome upon arriving and when leaving their appointments.

● Know the patient’s plan of care and ensure they are scheduled as needed.

● Collecting out-of-pocket costs (Co-pays etc.).

● Create and maintain patient records.

● Obtain physician referrals for patients when required.

● Working closely with the clinic director to ensure the schedule remains full so that we can help as many people in the community as possible.

● Helping therapists with patients when needed.

● Ensuring that the clinic remains clean and organized.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
