Licensed Professional Counselor

Ascent Counseling is a local agency. We have been serving the community since 2012 and have an excellent referral base. Our licensed professional providers utilize evidence-based practices and Christian principles in individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.

We are hiring (1) dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an employee or 1099 subcontractor for Monday - Thursday at $55 per billable hour an earning potential of $80,000+ (depending on caseload) with medical, dental, vision, & PTO benefits available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Comprehensive Assessments and Diagnostics

- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans

- Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy Using Evidence Based Practices

- Maintain Accurate Records in our EHR (Simple Practice)

- Delivery of Services According to ACA Code of Ethics

REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s Level Clinician Holding Current Idaho State Licensure – LPC, LCPC, LCSW, etc.

- Strong Clinical Skills, including Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills.

- Ability to Work Independently as a Practitioner in a Team Environment

- Commitment to Ongoing Professional Growth and Development.

- Delivery of Services to Diverse Populations

- Competitive Salary @ $55 per billable hour - $80,000+ Annual Average)

Office Culture:

- We have a team of 3 providers and office support staff. Our environment within the office is busy, but supportive. Our front office administrators do all of the front office work.
