We are actively seeking dedicated, Bilingual (Portuguese and English) Master’s-level Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC) professionals to launch their clinical careers in our stunning, modern facility in Brockton, MA.

Brockton is home to a vibrant, robust Portuguese-speaking community. In this role, you will leverage your bilingual skills to provide vital, culturally competent care to this specific demographic, closing critical access gaps while successfully completing your clinical supervision requirements toward independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC).

Schedule Flexibility: This role offers a highly customizable hybrid schedule. Clinicians can choose to work on-site 1 to 2 days per week for team collaboration and in-person sessions while conducting the remainder of their schedule remotely, or they may choose to work from the office as frequently as they prefer. You will work directly with the Clinical Director to coordinate and finalize your specific schedule.

If you are a recent graduate or an active pre-licensed clinician seeking a supportive, high-growth outpatient environment, this is your premier opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diverse backgrounds, specifically within the Portuguese-speaking community.

✅ Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client, fostering a path to healing and resilience.

✅ Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey.

✅ Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.

✅ Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.

✅ Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Skill-Based Client Matching & Unmatched Clinical Exposure

Tailored Caseloads: We build your initial client base around your specific clinical niche, preferred age populations, linguistic capabilities, and current skill level.

Client Flow: We partner with MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and all major private insurers, ensuring a continuous, high-volume flow of clients so you can build your caseload quickly.

Comprehensive Skill Enhancement: We provide the direct clinical guidance and training necessary to help you safely expand your scope of practice. You will receive mentorship to work with new age demographics and complex clinical presentations you may not have encountered during your internship, developing you into a highly capable, well-rounded independent therapist.

Robust Patient Diversity: Due to our deep-rooted community partnerships throughout the City of Brockton, you will gain vital exposure to a broad, diverse caseload. We receive consistent referrals from:

  • Local school systems
  • The Department of Children and Families (DCF / foster care system)
  • Court-mandated programs
  • Community shelters
  • Nursing homes and hospitals
  • Local non-profit organizations

Clinical Training & Free CEUs

Fully Paid Supervision: Receive your mandatory 1-on-1 weekly clinical supervision, fully compensated by the clinic, with an experienced LICSW or LMHC mentor.

Internal Continuing Education: Access our exclusive monthly clinical education sessions and quarterly multidisciplinary "Study Club" meetings to discuss current research and evidence-based treatment options.

Free NBCC CE Credits: We provide ongoing internal training that awards NBCC Continuing Education (CE) credits. Recent topics include:

  • EMDR
  • Trauma/PTSD
  • DSM-5-TR updates
  • Treating dually diagnosed clients

Integrated Multidisciplinary Care: Collaborate directly with in-house Psychiatrists, Prescribers, and Nurse Practitioners to deliver comprehensive care. Gain exposure to interventional psychiatry offerings, including internal referrals for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO®.

W-2 Stability, Premium Benefits, & Next-Day Pay

Next-Day Pay Flexibility: Access an optional daily pay benefit that allows you to withdraw a portion of your earned wages for completed sessions prior to the standard bi-weekly payday, giving you total financial control.

No-Show Protection: You are compensated for scheduled sessions and continue to accrue benefits even in the event of client cancellations or no-shows.

Comprehensive Benefits Suite:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage effective on your first day of employment.
  • Employer-paid Basic Life, AD&D, and Short & Long-Term Disability insurance.
  • Robust 401(k) plan and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Student Loan Optimization: Access to expert student loan advice and direct employer contributions toward your student debt.

Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging: Join a culture that values diverse perspectives, supported by an active internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee.

Internal Mobility: Exceptional opportunities for long-term career growth within our organization, including immediate pathways to transition into supervisory or leadership roles upon achieving independent licensure.
