Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PhD/PsyD, (PT) Hybrid Role

Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) – San Francisco

Hybrid Position | Adults (possibly Couples) | Group Practice

We are a warm, collaborative group psychotherapy practice located in the Financial District of San Francisco, and we’re looking for a licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) in California to join our team.

This position is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys working with adult professionals and a bonus if you work with couples and wants the freedom and autonomy of private practice without the burden of billing, marketing, or administrative work.

Position Overview

• Schedule: 2-3 days in-person in our beautiful SF office + 1 day via telehealth
• Client Focus: Individual adult therapy and possibly couples therapy
• Population: Adult professionals navigating anxiety, work stress, relationship challenges, depression, PTSD, grief, and life transitions
• Flexibility: You choose your schedule and clinical focus within our referral base
• Caseload Build: We support a gradual and sustainable build of your caseload so you can grow at a comfortable pace
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 20–30 client sessions per week, depending on your preference
• Compensation: $125 per client hour, with opportunity for an increase after 1 year

Requirements

• Licensed Psychologist in California (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
• Experience and comfort working with adults (and couples)
• Commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Please note: At this time, we are only accepting licensed Psychologists. We are not hiring associate-level or Master’s-level clinicians for this role or pre- or post-docs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $110.00 - $125.00 per hour
