I’m seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to support an onsite clinic at a large-scale construction project in Northern Texas. This role blends traditional counseling with real-world impact, working directly with employees in a unique, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 1:1 counseling (approx. 16+ patients/week)
- Support individuals facing stress, substance use, family challenges, and mental health concerns
- Lead mental health awareness initiatives and educational sessions on-site
- Engage directly with employees in a non-traditional, field-based setting
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using TherapyNotes
- Build trust and encourage participation—services are fully covered for employee

What They’re Looking For
- Active LPC or LCSW license (Texas required)

The Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8:00–5:00 (occasional early events)
- Compensation: $80K–$85K + $3K sign-on bonus (potential flexibility)
- Relocation: Assistance available
- Setting: Onsite clinic (PPE/training provided as needed)
