Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays (flexible within these days)

About the Role

Compass Counseling Services is seeking a motivated, reliable contract counselor to join our Hinckley office. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a diverse caseload and wants the flexibility to build their own schedulewithin our available days.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a mix of children, couples, and adults, with strong support for clinicians interested in EMDR and varied clinical presentations.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a hard worker who takes ownership of their caseload
• Enjoys independence and working on own, but also wiling to reach out to collaborate with the many experienced, friendly colleagues at our home base (Green/Uniontown). Essentially, comfortable with working on your own and also engaging in the supportive community we have available from afar!
• Enjoys working with couples, children, adults, and diverse clinical needs
• Is comfortable managing a dynamic, engaging schedule
• Values both clinical quality and efficiency
• Has interest or experience in:
• Couples therapy
• Child/adolescent work
• Trauma work (EMDR a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to assigned clients
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with internal team members as needed
• Manage your schedule within designated days
• Coordinate and schedules clients according to your recommendations

Requirements

• Active Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, IMFT, or equivalent)
• Independent or near-independent licensure preferred
• Strong clinical skills across multiple populations
• Ability to work evenings and/or Saturdays as part of your schedule

Compensation

• Competitive 1099 contract rate
• Based on experience, specialization, and caseload
