Pathway Homes is a private, nonprofit providing Mental Health Skill Building services for adults with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders in Northern Virginia.

This position will be serving clients in Arlington County.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
*provides mental health skill-building services to adults diagnosed with mental illness in the individual's home or in the community
*partners with clients to create goals and develop the ISP
*helps clients develop skills that promote stability, employment, housing retention and community engagement
*engages clients in education and counseling that promotes healthy life choices and actions
*collaborates, coordinates and advocates with other service providers
*links clients to needed resources
*maintains the clinical records for all assigned clients
This position will primarily provide serves in Western Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.
Required qualifications: Bachelors in the Human Services, 1 year of relevant practical experience and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) Certification in Virginia are required. Reliable vehicle. Able to pass a driving records and criminal background check.
