Ascend Path ABA — Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician
Location: Greeley, CO and Fort Collins, CO (serving families across Weld County and Northern Colorado, including Evans, Johnstown, and Fort Collins)

Ascend Path ABA is a BCBA-owned, community-centered ABA agency providing high-quality, family-focused services throughout Greeley and the surrounding Northern Colorado area. We are looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) — or individuals ready to train — who want to make a meaningful difference for children and families through evidence-based ABA therapy.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings throughout Greeley and Weld County
• Implement treatment programs designed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time behavior data
• Support skill development in communication, daily living, social skills, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to ensure consistent, effective care

Compensation & Perks

Pay Range: $18 - $28 per hour (based on experience, certification, and availability) — Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act compliant

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling with consistent weekly hours
• Sessions occur in client homes, schools, and community locations in Greeley, Evans, Johnstown, Fort Collins, and surrounding Northern Colorado areas
• Opportunities for full-time or part-time placement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation within Greeley & Northern Colorado
• Clean background check (per Colorado state requirements)
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting children and families

Preferred Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Experience as an ABA therapist, RBT, or behavior technician
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• College coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, social work, or related fields
